Líderes del Manana (Tomorrow's Leaders) establishes mentorships between Latino youth and adults from the community. The program gives the youth the opportunity to build a positive relationship with a role model, while offering the adult a chance to influence the life of a youth and help build a better community.

Líderes del Mañana focuses on helping Latino youth develop career and personal goals. The program provides the youth with an opportunity to explore career options, while building a relationship with an adult mentor. In this program, Latino youth participants in the Jóvenes Unidos, Chicas Fuertes, and Embajadores Latinos programs are matched with adult mentors who work in the youth's area of career interest. The youth-adult pairs spend time at the mentor's workplace, giving first-hand exposure to the mentor's career and work life. The pairs are also encouraged to spend time together outside of the work environment. Building a relationship of mentoring and trust helps Latino youths as they prepare for the futures.
