We hope you enjoy using this website as a tool to learn more about La Oportunidad’s services, activities, and accomplishments. The mission of La Oportunidad is to champion the development of Latino individuals and families to create a strong, peaceful community, and we offer this website as a way to further this objective. We believe you will find it to be both interesting and informative.

Thanks to the continuing support of La Oportunidad staff, Board of Directors, volunteers, interns, community partners, and friends like you, we are able to reflect upon many recent accomplishments of our organization. This past year, La Oportunidad was able to serve more Latino children, youth, families, and adults than ever before. Collectively, through our youth and children’s programs, our Padres parenting program, and our Latinos Ending Abuse Program (LEAP), we helped provide over 1,500 individuals with tools needed for productive, healthy, and peaceful lives.

We continue to look for ways to provide comprehensive, family-centered programming and high-quality services to develop individuals and families who strive to actively create a strong, peaceful community. We thank you for all you do to support these efforts.
