The 15th Annual Latino Family Resource Fair was held in August, 2009 at the Midtown Farmer's Market on East Lake Street.

La Oportunidad and Metropolitan Health Plan were pleased to once again host this fun and informative event for Latino families living in the Minneapolis community and the greater metropolitan area. In a family-friendly environment, approximately 2,000 community members gathered to receive information about education, health care resources, social services, and more.

"La Feria" takes a break in 2010.

Unfortunately, under the current constraints of this years economic climate, neither La Oportunidad nor Metropolitan Health Plan has the ability to coordinate an event of this size and hold it to the same level of quality as previous years. However, both organizations are very committed to bringing this important event back to the community in 2011.
